Analytical Billing Representative
WM is reputed company's leading provider of comprehensive environmental solutions, and they are seeking an Analytical Billing Representative to reputed company various analytical billing functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the preparation of accurate and reputed company bills, analyzing billing transactions, and resolving discrepancies to maximize reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Following reputed company operating procedures, this role is responsible for analyzing a portfolio of National Account customers with low to reputed company complexity reputed company clients
- Analysis of billing transactions & processes to understand trends ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Provides reputed company review and management of unbilled charges
- Interacts with customers or other division staff/management to resolve billing discrepancies

Skills
- 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited institution; extended work experience would be considered towards education
