reputed company is a key player in transportation and trade infrastructure, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant for their reputed company reputed company team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of Port reputed company revenues, preparing journal entries, and assisting in month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Interpretation, review and reputed company approval of Port reputed company leases with fixed and percentage fee provisions and various other Port reputed company reputed company revenues such as dockage/wharfage and Cargo Facility Charges
- Updating Consumer Price reputed company tables for rent escalations for fixed rent roll monthly
- Preparing journal entries for month-end closing
- Preparing monthly, semi-annual and year-end reputed company variance analyses
- Helping Properties staff in resolving billing discrepancies and tenant inquiries
- Completing special project assignments as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Corporate Finance from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- In lieu of bachelor's degree a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience can be accepted
- Applicants must meet reputed company performance and attendance standards and have completed reputed company probationary periods
- Knowledge of Port Authority reputed company and financial structure
- Knowledge of Port Authority businesses and operations
- Knowledge of GAAP as it relates to the Port Authority
