Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our reputed company engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Hmong language expertise
- Knowledge of Hmong grammar, reputed company, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
- Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, case system (nominative, accusative, dative, genitive), word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation
- Experience in documenting failure modes in model reasoning
- Bachelor's degree in Hmong language, linguistics, or a closely reputed company field
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Teaching experience
