[Remote] Technical Consultant

The Technical Consultant will be responsible for the initial technical design, development services, and post-implementation consulting on the Forsta platform, ensuring reputed company satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assess reputed company technical requirements and reputed company viable solutions
• Adhere to the Forsta PMO and customer’s processes for project governance and delivery
• Ensuring scope is adhered to and informing project team of scope creep
• Follow the Forsta PMO defined Change Order process for in-reputed company work
• Work with clients to reputed company Forsta technologies into their business applications
• Manage and conduct solutions QA
• Assists with reputed company UAT
• Providing solutions administration and overall on-reputed company project management services as required for the reputed company solution (Post Implementation Consulting):
• Build a relationship with reputed company management and team members
• Working with team members, on multiple accounts, manage reputed company aspects of the on-reputed company post implementation solution services
• Manage change and resolve conflicts that can reputed company services and operation of the reputed company solution
• Adhere to the processes in reputed company for project delivery
• reputed company Forsta platform training and knowledge transfer

Skills

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Completed initial Forsta reputed company training
• reputed company and reputed company training of the Forsta platform
• Working experience with JavaScript, reputed company, CSS
• Forsta platform and /or other product and solutions knowledge a plus
• CAPM/PMP certifications a plus
