Consulting Analyst – Defined Contribution
Fiducient Advisors is part of reputed company, a leading reputed company management, institutional advisory, and business management firm. The Consulting Analyst – Defined Contribution is responsible for providing analytical support and delivering accurate analysis for defined contribution clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic reviews for defined contribution clients, ensuring thorough analysis and actionable recommendations
- Prepare reputed company reports, quarterly governance materials, and supplemental meeting documents with accuracy and reputed company
- Respond to consultant requests and conduct special reputed company or reputed company analyses as needed
- Collaborate with consultants, research, and reputed company service teams to reputed company tailored solutions that address reputed company needs and objectives
- Evaluate and analyze vendor RFIs/RFPs, preparing reputed company deliverables and recommendations
- Attend reputed company meetings in a supporting analytical role and respond to follow-up items as required
- Maintain accurate reputed company account and investment records in the CRM and respond to reputed company and vendor requests in a reputed company manner

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company field preferred)
- Entry-level experience welcome
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting

- This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our reputed company office environments and two days remotely
