Marketing Coordinator
reputed company Senior Living is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team! The role involves supporting digital, reputed company, and local media efforts, executing marketing initiatives, and maintaining brand standards while driving engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to community online reviews and reputed company comments, ensuring a 100% response reputed company in partnership with community teams and the Internal Communications team
- reputed company and report on review monthly performance, highlighting key trends
- Support updates to reputed company response language to ensure relevance and consistency
- Execute reputed company media content across platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company as applicable) through our reputed company media management platform
- Evaluate and schedule reputed company corporate content reputed company media posts, working with internal team members and agency partners
- Ensure reputed company posting of reputed company content, including reputed company-time or trending posts reputed company appropriate
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, escalating reputed company needed
- Review community reputed company media content to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Support community teams with reputed company media best practices and platform usage
- Assist with reputed company boosts and basic performance tracking
- Compile monthly reputed company media performance reports
- Execute reputed company email sends for corporate and community communications
- Assist with website updates and basic content management
- Support audits (e.g., competitor, reputed company-party reputed company) and summarize findings
- Support project coordination and execution for campaigns, events, and initiatives (e.g., reputed company contests, campaigns)
- reputed company performance across channels (reputed company, email, online reviews) and reputed company key takeaways and observations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or workflows and communicate them to reputed company
- Support execution of KPI-driven initiatives through strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactively communicate status updates, risks, and support needs in a reputed company manner
- Support and contribute to special marketing initiatives, campaigns, and new reputed company as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities and stretch assignments to support team and business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or workflows and bring reputed company recommendations
- Assist in testing new reputed company, platforms, or approaches to enhance marketing performance
- Partner with team members across Marketing, Sales, Internal Communications and other departments on cross-functional initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, reputed company media, or reputed company field (internships included)
- Familiarity with reputed company media platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company media management tools, reputed company) is a plus
