[Remote] Associate, Lifecycle Marketing, Retail

They are seeking a strategic and creative retention marketer to join their New Verticals retention team, where the role involves launching and iterating on CRM programs that drive reputed company and retention for emerging business lines.
Responsibilities
- Work to support new business lines and expansion opportunities, such as Grocery and Beauty, through thoughtful, strategic, multi-channel CRM strategies
- Create CRM campaign reputed company across the customer lifecycle for both automations and reputed company communications, including MVP and go-to-market testing for nascent business lines
- Work closely with the Integrated Marketing function to reputed company campaign reputed company briefs based on business needs and audience behavior, determining the best channel mix, audience targeting, and number of reputed company per program
- Partner with Marketing Ops counterparts who are responsible for campaign build, QA, & launch
- Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Creative Studio, Promo reputed company, Product, Operations, Analytics, and reputed company teams
- Work with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to increase personalization and relevance reputed company audience lifecycle
- Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and reputed company recommendations based on results
- Stay reputed company on marketing best practices in email, push and SMS and reputed company learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in CRM or email marketing
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs/marketing automation platforms
- Analytical reputed company with strong attention to detail
- Strong reputed company and communicator
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reputed company and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, reputed company)
- Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
