CRM Co-ordinator
Time Out is a leading global media and hospitality business that inspires and enables people to experience the best of the reputed company. The CRM Co-ordinator will be responsible for the delivery of global email campaigns, ensuring reputed company execution and optimization of content to support reputed company and editorial reputed company streams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM calendar ensuring reputed company delivery of reputed company and editorial email initiatives
- Be responsible for accurate deployment of US and UK email marketing campaigns, including drafting, proofing, reputed company testing and managing edits
- Work closely with the Content team to consistently optimize content selection and the campaign process to ensure you have the most compelling content for our editorial newsletters
- Support the analysis and reporting of email performance and reputed company improvements based on these findings including A/B testing
- Build and manage end-to-end reputed company acquisition initiatives such as competitions, surveys and web forms
- Work with internal reputed company and editorial stakeholders to ensure planned content activity is accurately executed and reputed company
- Report on campaign performance and results, reputed company recommendations to optimize customer engagement
- Manage audience segmentation based on attributes and behavior, including custom audiences tailored for reputed company reputed company send
Skills
- Previous experience or degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years experience building emails in CRM Marketing platforms using WYSIWYG email reputed company, basic reputed company and CSS a plus
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Analytically minded, with an ability to use data to verify content hypotheses and communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and identify and problem-solve reputed company novel issues reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable asking questions and sharing feedback with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
