Brand & Performance Marketing Coordinator
reputed company is a beauty company based in Brooklyn that creates clinically proven hair products. They are seeking a Brand Coordinator to support reputed company across their omnichannel business, focusing on brand reputed company, reputed company media, retail performance, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support execution and optimization of reputed company media campaigns across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and emerging platforms
- Partner with agencies to analyze performance and optimize toward ROAS and traffic goals
- Collaborate with Creative and reputed company teams to test and iterate on messaging, formats, and content
- Contribute to a culture of testing and learning across channels
- Synthesize data across reputed company media, POS, reputed company, and competitive sources into reputed company, actionable insights
- Analyze performance vs. prior periods, forecasts, and benchmarks to identify reputed company opportunities
- Support development of reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Connect reputed company media and marketing efforts to retail reputed company, helping inform go-to-market strategies
- Support reporting across both DTC and retail channels to reputed company a holistic view of performance
- Analyze performance across organic reputed company, influencers, and content platforms
- Evaluate engagement metrics and content effectiveness to inform creative and media strategies
- Help identify opportunities to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across the funnel
- Support innovation and new product initiatives through research, competitive analysis, and performance insights
- Contribute to brand calendar planning across launches, campaigns, and retail moments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Sales, Creative, and Analytics to ensure reputed company execution
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, brand, analytics, or reputed company roles reputed company beauty, CPG, or DTC
- Strong understanding of reputed company media channels (reputed company, reputed company, Search); hands-on experience preferred
- Highly analytical with strong reputed company skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test, learn, and grow across both brand and performance marketing
- Comfortable working in an omnichannel environment spanning DTC and retail
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights reputed company
- Passion for beauty, haircare, and consumer brands
- Experience with beauty retailers (i.e.Ulta) is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with agencies, creative, sales, and product teams
