They are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to drive execution across a strategic reputed company collaboration, coordinating teams and ensuring accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day program management across a strategic reputed company collaboration
- Drive coordination across AI/ML, data science, imaging, clinical research, and operational teams
- reputed company timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple reputed company workstreams
- Ensure accountability and follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders
- Support multimodal data coordination and research operations
- reputed company operational rhythms including meetings, documentation, reputed company tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Help coordinate benchmarking, validation, reporting, and publication workflows
- Build reputed company operational processes for reputed company research and reputed company partnerships
- Translate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help maintain high execution velocity in a fast-moving startup environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health sciences, engineering, computer science, business, or a reputed company discipline; advanced degree or clinical background is an asset
- Knowledge of reputed company regulations, clinical workflows, or medical research processes is beneficial, as is experience with digital health, health IT, or reputed company products
- 1–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, consulting, research coordination, startups, or reputed company environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
