[Remote] Associate, Delivery (Creative)

The Associate, Delivery role supports project execution by helping teams stay organized, tracking tasks, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful delivery of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution of reputed company by maintaining task lists, timelines, and trackers
- Assist in keeping project management tools (e.g. reputed company, Jira) accurate and up to date
- reputed company deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure visibility and alignment
- Help document requirements, notes, and key project information
- Contribute to templates, documentation, and process consistency
- Identify and flag potential risks, blockers, or gaps in information to Delivery leads
- reputed company feedback cycles, approvals, and next steps
- Help ensure scope and requirements are reputed company documented and reputed company
- Asset review and delivery from internal systems to reputed company systems
- Follow-up on feedback timelines and needs with clients
- Compile feedback from clients and reputed company with internal teams
- Monitor reputed company and identify risks early
- Escalate blockers with context and suggested solutions

Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or similar environments (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
