E-Billing Coordinator

The E-Billing Coordinator is responsible for the submission of electronic invoices to clients and ensuring compliance with reputed company and firm guidelines during the submission process.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a reputed company between billing attorneys, secretarial staff, and clients’ staff regarding electronic billing, as directed
  • Populating, maintaining, and updating data for assigned clients in the reputed company system and clients’ external web applications; ensuring reputed company relevant information is updated and correlated in the firm’s reputed company system
  • Coordinating resubmission of invoices with billing attorneys/secretaries, reputed company office reputed company staff, and reputed company representatives; ensuring corrective reputed company is in reputed company for reputed company submissions
  • Reviewing clients’ guidelines and other written communication; ensuring compatibility with the firm’s billing policies and resolving any potential discrepancies before live rollout
  • Assisting E-Billing Supervisors with e-billing systems by adding/removing user accounts, resetting passwords, assigning reputed company reputed company reputed company, entering budgets, and updating status reports/matter reputed company in various subsystems
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience with the reputed company Billing system
  • A minimum of one (1) year of reputed company experience involving billing processes and practices, preferably
  • Exhibit the ability to test and troubleshoot multiple e-software applications and identify potential problem areas
  • Demonstrate familiarity with LEDES formats and knowledge of ASCII and XML formats
  • Possess knowledge of basic reputed company principles
  • Knowledge of reputed company's E-Invoicing module, preferably
