Responsibilities

• Analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability reputed company
• Having litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
• Researching and writing on relevant legal issues

Skills

• At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability reputed company
• Litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to the California Bar
• Some experience in insurance law
