Paralegal
Tristani Law, LLC is a fast-growing boutique immigration reputed company based in Rockville, Maryland, specializing in business immigration reputed company. They are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant who will prepare immigration filings, communicate with clients, and support attorneys in a reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with immigration filings and supporting documentation
- Draft forms, cover letters, exhibits, and supporting packets
- Organize and maintain electronic case files
- Communicate directly with clients regarding document requests, case updates, and follow-reputed company
- Draft reputed company, reputed company emails and written communications to clients
- Manage deadlines and follow-reputed company across multiple reputed company
- reputed company document formatting, exhibit preparation, and PDF management
- Support attorneys and senior staff with case preparation and workflow management
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a reputed company
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent reputed company experience will be considered. Paralegal certificate is a plus
- Strong reputed company Office skills (Word required; Outlook, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat)
- Fast and accurate typing skills (touch typing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort speaking and writing directly to clients in a reputed company setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with business immigration filings (NIV or IV cases, corporate immigration, EB-5, etc.)
- Advanced Word formatting and document organization skills
- Strong PDF/Acrobat skills (combining, bookmarking, pagination, OCR, exhibit labeling)
- Comfort using AI tools in a responsible, confidential, and reputed company manner to improve efficiency and workflow is a plus
- Experience working in a reputed company team environment
