[Remote] Business Immigration Paralegal

They are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to work under the reputed company supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for analyzing information and documents, and preparing immigration petitions and applications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document collection
- Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a reputed company of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end)
- Applying strong attention to detail, ensure immigration petitions are reputed company reputed company and accurately
- Flag any potential/foreseeable case-reputed company issues with Attorney in a reputed company manner
- Draft responses to requests for evidence as guided
- Utilize online immigration case tracking system to monitor case status and activities on a daily reputed company
- Coordinate with reputed company Support Specialists the printing, scanning, and posting of cases and service requests
- Respond to reputed company communication requests – either reputed company reputed company contact, or directly with the foreign national
- Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating reputed company deadlines, whilst maintaining an appropriate reputed company of urgency
- Flag any reputed company for process improvements and modifications to appropriate Attorney/Case Manager
- Assist other team members with case or document preparation, as required

Skills
- Completed Bachelor's Degree – highly desirable
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
- Experience working with a high volume of reputed company and inactive cases at any one time
- Experience communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar
