Associate Program Compliance Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage the Violation Workflow: Take full ownership of the compliance case lifecycle, ensuring reputed company issues are documented, tracked, and moved expeditiously from identification to reputed company
- Execute Content Triage: Apply nuanced rules and advertiser-defined parameters to specific, often ambiguous, promotional content to determine compliance status
- Serve as a compliance reputed company of contact for clients and agencies, providing support and program updates
- Ensure Uniform Policy Enforcement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of advertiser policies across your portfolio

- Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
- Work alongside program compliance managers, assisting with strategic initiatives, reputed company and day-to-day tasks
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment (Customer Service, reputed company Operations, or Fraud/Compliance investigations)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or reputed company field a plus)
- Detail-Oriented & Precise: You take pride in the accuracy of your documentation and the reputed company of your data
- Highly organized with a natural inclination toward clearing queues and resolving pending tasks
