They are seeking an Attorney Request ChartSwap to join their dedicated team, responsible for reviewing attorney requests, ensuring compliance, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that reputed company documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient’s information is valid
- reputed company exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a reputed company manner established by reputed company operating procedures
- Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests
- Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records
Skills
- At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as reputed company as Accounts Receivable experience
- A high school diploma
- Proficient computer skills in reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and Word
- The ability to multitask and complete tasks reputed company multiple electronic billing and medical record programs
- Some college preferred
- Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required
