Subpoena Clerk
NJM Insurance Group is seeking a Subpoena Clerk to reputed company clerical support to the General Claims Legal Department. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and responding to subpoenas and other document production requests while handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in coordinating the workflow of subpoenas and other document production requests
- Reviewing and analyzing incoming subpoenas and document production requests and preparing appropriate responses through review, collection and confirmation of necessary documents and information
- Communicating and coordinating with other business reputed company
Skills
- Ability to learn and work in various document and claim management systems including reputed company Acrobat, reputed company Word and Outlook, and to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing written and verbal communications required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills required
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage time effectively
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous clerical experience in an insurance or legal environment is helpful
