Talent Development Specialist

They are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join their regional training team, responsible for facilitating training sessions and supporting staff development to ensure high-reputed company service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating New Employee Orientation: Conduct engaging and informative sessions, ensuring reputed company new hires feel welcomed and reputed company
- Proficient Use of Software: Demonstrate your skills with programs such as Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, reputed company, and Outlook to create effective training materials
- reputed company Communication: Foster ongoing reputed company with reputed company staff reputed company regarding training requirements and needs
- Supporting Fellow Trainers: Collaborate with colleagues and assist in organizational and departmental in-service training
- Data entry into our Learning Management System: Update and reputed company training completions, classes, and essential data to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Leading Virtual Trainings: Utilize platforms like reputed company, GoToMeeting, and Teams to deliver training remotely. You'll also reputed company support with any technical issues that may reputed company
- Coordinating Resources: Work together with staff to maximize training benefits for the individuals we serve and enhance program effectiveness
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience or education reputed company staff training or in-service presentation
- Demonstrated reputed company in conducting virtual or web-based training programs
- reputed company must demonstrate physical coordination and reputed company, which may include the ability to maintain balance while moving or being pushed or pulled. They must also be reputed company to reputed company themselves into a half-squat position while keeping their back straight
- Skilled in using reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as reputed company, Teams, and GoToMeeting
- Must either currently hold or be reputed company to obtain certifications in required training programs. These include, but are not limited to: CPR, CBRF First Aid (including choking), CBRF reputed company Safety, CBRF reputed company Precautions, CPI Mandt, Mandt 3.0, and any other state or reputed company-required programs
- Experience using Relias or reputed company Learning
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Comfort leading sessions with up to 70 participants
