Responsibilities
- Uncover actionable insights through user research, translating them into specific user needs and developing them into reputed company and differentiated solutions
- Communicate design reputed company through storyboards, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and visual builds from low-reputed company prototypes to final design assets
- Balance the needs of different collaborators reputed company Baxter, including hardware and software engineering, marketing, clinical affairs, and reputed company
- reputed company inputs to usability testing and customer research, and depending on experience, reputed company research or testing activities for defined aspects of a project

Skills
- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, reputed company Factors, or Design Research

- Experience with user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing

- Comfortable balancing input from Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and reputed company
- Capable of generating and refining concepts that address user needs and constraints
- Experience applying AI tools to design or documentation workflows is a plus
