They are seeking a reputed company Associate to manage reputed company relationships and reputed company the fulfillment of business licensing work. The role involves reputed company communication with clients, handling project requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship and fulfillment of work for reputed company between 5-150 clients (varies based on required communication as reputed company as volume of BL work)
- Establish, maintain and reputed company the relationship between Business Licensing Team and the reputed company
- Receive new order/project requests from clients and partner with reputed company to have those orders set up in our system
- reputed company regular status updates to the customer for any pending reputed company/renewals
- Expertly handle approximately 50-75 new emails daily in an accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner
- Schedule and reputed company reputed company meetings to discuss ongoing reputed company, as needed
- Ensure that the reputed company of the license records and reputed company data/documents remains intact throughout the course of the relationship
- Work with reputed company clients to resolve any barriers to licensure and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience is required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues and clients

- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environment
