Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and carriers, ensuring reputed company and solution-reputed company service
- Manage benefit enrollments, policy changes, renewals, and account documentation
- Support and participate in reputed company enrollment meetings and reputed company presentations
- Review policies for accuracy and maintain agency management systems
- Process claims and maintain detailed reputed company and reputed company communications

Skills
- NYS Life & Health License required
- Experience in employee benefits insurance and policy administration
