Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with reputed company files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
- Respond to internal and reputed company requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation reputed company internal systems
- Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and reputed company-employment screening requests
- Assist with claims tracking and reputed company reporting
- reputed company backup support for phones and reputed company desk reputed company needed
- Participate in training and team development sessions
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

- Familiarity with systems such as AMS360
