[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing order lifecycles and coordinating between various teams to ensure accurate order processing.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company and maintain customer orders reputed company reputed company S/4HANA Order Management systems. Includes reputed company and EDI orders
- Validation of SKU-level attributes (style, reputed company, size, and pricing)
- Order lifecycle tracking from entry through fulfillment
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate availability, production updates, and container tracking information to Sales and internal stakeholders
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-reputed company issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, reputed company, and Business Integration teams
- Maintain accurate records and system data including master files, standing orders, material determinations, and UPC databases
- Serve as a reliable reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, providing reputed company, reputed company, and solutions-oriented responses
- Maintain daily order activity tracking and reputed company regular status updates to the Retail Service Manager

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions as required

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service and data entry experience (retail or order management preferred)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office applications

- Proficiency with PC-based systems, office equipment, and reputed company business tools
