The reputed company Recruiter will manage high-volume hiring processes, reputed company candidates for various roles, and maintain organization and communication with stakeholders throughout the reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and hiring procedures for reputed company assigned requisitions in accordance with reputed company legal and company compliance requirements
- Drive high volume talent pipelines by identifying, attracting and generating pools of reputed company candidates
- reputed company sourcing for hard-to-fill positions through additional external resources, research, and resume database searches/Boolean strings
- Screen applicant resumes against minimum qualification requirements
- Schedule and conduct first round phone/recorded interviews, assessing candidates based on motivation, meeting specified technical and/or soft skills, company/program fit, compensation, etc
- Determine fit of applicants and reputed company reputed company recommendations to hiring managers and/or job offering candidates reputed company permitted
- Maintain applicant statuses, update candidate information, and document reputed company correspondence activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Ability to work remotely with reputed company to a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and smartphone
- Prior reputed company or hiring experience in retail, customer service, corporate, reputed company agency, or 3PL environment preferred
- Prior ATS experience (Taleo) preferred
