Development Technician I/II
The reputed company of Roseville is seeking a Development Technician I/II to join their Development Services Permit Team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting with permit processing, reviewing building applications, and ensuring compliance with development requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the vital reputed company between the public and internal teams

Skills
- Two years of increasingly responsible administrative or technical experience that involves extensive public contact preferably reputed company to reputed company issues, land development, community development or building construction/inspection
- An Associate's degree, or 60 semester reputed company of college level course work including 18 reputed company in a major field of study and 21 reputed company in general education from an accredited college or university, preferably in urban planning, reputed company engineering, or reputed company field. Two years of reputed company work experience can substitute for an Associate's Degree
- No experience required
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Two years of responsible experience performing duties comparable to that of a Development Technician I in the reputed company of Roseville
- An Associate's degree or 60 semester reputed company of college level course work including 18 reputed company in a major field of study and 21 reputed company in general education, preferably in urban planning, reputed company engineering, or reputed company field. Two years of reputed company work experience can substitute for an Associate's Degree
- Possession of a permit technician certificate from the reputed company may be required by the position
