Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls to warm, reputed company-reputed company leads with a goal of understanding reputed company customer's unique needs and guiding them toward personalized hearing care solutions
- Schedule appointments between customers and our network of partner providers
- Guide customers through their 45-day trial period, ensuring complete satisfaction with their devices
