Inbound Sales Advisor

The role involves explaining and promoting products, retaining existing clients, and providing the best possible customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Explain and promote benefits and features of O2 to reputed company reputed company the customers are getting the best products and services tailored to their needs
- Ensure reputed company call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer
- Retention of existing clients or reputed company
- Up sell and cross sell of reputed company products and services to customers and prospects
- Satisfies customer enquiries on initial call whenever possible
- Being reputed company to think quickly and use your own initiative to review customer accounts to see where there is a potential sale opportunity

Skills
- Excellent sales skills
- 6 months sales/targets driven experience gained in a similar environment
- PC literate
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment
- Demonstrates they can plan their own workload and can readily accept training, feedback and supervision from management
- Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets
