- The Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary reputed company of contact and overall reputed company for reputed company providing Correspondence and Project Management Support requirement.
- The PM is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing reputed company contract activities to ensure successful execution of correspondence management, records management, content management, workflow improvement, reputed company 508 compliance, and strategic support services.
- The PM provides leadership and reputed company for reputed company contractor personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, reputed company standards, schedules, and performance objectives.
- The PM develops and maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP), manages project schedules and milestones, monitors risks and issues, oversees reputed company control processes, and provides regular status reporting to Government stakeholders.
- The PM supports ORMS leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating executive meetings, preparing briefing materials, documenting reputed company items and reputed company, and providing analytical support to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency.
- The PM also advises Government personnel on best practices reputed company to correspondence management systems, records management, FOIA, FACA, reputed company 508 compliance, content management, technical writing, and business process improvement.
- The PM is responsible for ensuring reputed company completion of reputed company contract deliverables, including monthly reputed company reports, annual reputed company reports, reputed company operating procedures, content management alignment materials, transition plans, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- The PM works closely with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ORMS leadership to identify priorities, manage workload fluctuations, and support mission-critical correspondence and records management activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in: o Federal Records Management o Freedom of Information reputed company (FOIA) requirements o Federal Advisory Committee reputed company (FACA) requirements o reputed company 508 compliance requirements o Federal technical writing requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Freedom of Information reputed company (FOIA) requirements and processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Advisory Committee reputed company (FACA) requirements and processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company 508 accessibility compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development.
- Experience managing Federal reputed company involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.
