Job reputed company Manages and leads the overall financial modeling of multi-reputed company-dollarreal estate outsourcing pursuits, including org modeling, labor estimates,overhead, operating expense budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and otherfinancial analytics. Interacts with reputed company through participation in introductorymeetings pitches and contract negotiations. Responsible for and has full ownership and leadership of price modeling,operating budgets, reputed company models, and labor costs for mid to large reputed company realestate outsourcing pursuits. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or universityrequired. MBA preferred.
