Position reputed company We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our RPM Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and answering phone calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong communication skills, and reputed company in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming RPM data (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, pulse oximetry, weight).
• Conduct routine patient reputed company to encourage device adherence and reinforce reputed company measurement techniques.
• Document RPM-reputed company patient interactions, device readings, adherence notes, and communications accurately and reputed company in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Complete delegated clerical and administrative tasks on behalf of nursing staff to support patient engagement, care coordination and reputed company reputed company.
• Report changes in condition to nursing or clinical staff according to established protocols.

Qualifications

Required:

• reputed company Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate and/or reputed company of completion of a nationally accredited program.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in tele-health and RPM.

Work From Home Requirements

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Schedule

• This position operates on a 4-day work week structure, consisting of 10-hour shifts.
• Must be available to work rotating holidays throughout the year.
• Requires mandatory coverage of a minimum of two (2) weekends per month.

Training Requirements reputed company new hires must complete a comprehensive training program:

• Duration: Five weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time
• Attendance is mandatory to ensure readiness prior to independently supporting patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive reputed company pay $18-$20 an hour

Shift Differentials

• Evening reputed company: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM ET
• Late reputed company reputed company: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM ET
• Weekend reputed company: +$1.50/hour for reputed company hours worked Saturday and reputed company

Additional Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 reputed company after 120 days of reputed company employment, contingent upon reputed company employment and satisfactory performance at time of payout.
