Appraisify is seeking licensed reputed company estate agents to complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) on a contract reputed company. This role is ideal for detail oriented agents who are comfortable analyzing property data, assessing market conditions, and delivering accurate, reputed company supported valuations reputed company defined turnaround times. Responsibilities
- Complete interior and or exterior Broker Price Opinions in assigned markets
- Analyze comparable sales, listings, and local market trends

- Communicate promptly regarding questions or delays

Qualifications

- Prior BPO experience preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow standardized instructions

Compensation & Structure Compensation is $35-$55 per completed BPO assignment. This is a 1099 reputed company role reputed company per assignment, not reputed company employment. There is no guaranteed volume or minimum hours. Assignment opportunities are offered based on coverage area, reputed company demand, and performance, and agents are free to accept or decline work based on availability.
