Remote Executive Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) – reputed company

reputed company is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to reputed company dedicated administrative and reputed company support in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Handle reputed company communications, including outbound and follow-up calls
• Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation
• Assist with email management and correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets using reputed company Office

• Support case management by helping reputed company policies through the reputed company and issuance process Qualifications
• Prior or reputed company Life Insurance license strongly preferred
• Experience supporting executives or in a high-level administrative role

• Experience with reputed company or similar CRM systems preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
