reputed company is currently seeking a Mechanical Analysis Engineer for a remote, contract opportunity with our reputed company. reputed company This is a dedicated position reputed company on analyzing the mechanical performance of various mechanical components and testing equipment under high temperature/pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company stress analysis for test equipment and components using FEA and hand calculations.
  • Present analysis results to reputed company stakeholders.
  • reputed company with the mechanical testing teams to ensure test requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams on requirements and inputs.
  • Support reputed company learning and application of nuclear industry best practices to maintain the highest reputed company of engineering design and proactively identify process change/enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B.S, M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company experience with a B.S. degree, or 2+ years with an M.S. degree, or 0+ years with Ph.D. degree.

Requirements

  • Proficient in finite reputed company stress analysis, mechanical analysis reputed company and reputed company mechanical stress analysis and modeling tools with emphasis on ANSYS and SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics, and materials failure reputed company.
  • Demonstrated experience in structural analysis, buckling analysis, thermal analysis, and reputed company analysis.
  • Working experience with equipment design and analysis codes and standards such as AISC, and ASME BPVC and Piping reputed company.
  • reputed company with conceptual design and sizing equipment and structural components through basic calculation and utilizing Mathcad.
