Title: Part-Time Intake Coordinator Hours: Every other Saturday and reputed company 9am-6pm CST Pay reputed company: $20-$25/hr Location: Initial training will be conducted onsite in Nashville, TN. This role involves gathering clinical and administrative information, verifying insurance, scheduling intakes, and ensuring families feel supported from their first reputed company of contact. Greet and assist patients and parents in person, over the phone, or reputed company email Collect and verify personal, medical, or service-reputed company information Input and maintain accurate records in the database or electronic health record (EHR) system Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist parents/guardians with completion of consents and patient admission process as directed. Complete medical records including filing and reputed company tracking. • Education: High school diploma
• Experience: experience in providing care to adolescents preferred.
• Experience performing administrative or clerical duties, working with computers and electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of community resources for adolescents.
