Grant Compliance and Network Support Manager
The Minnesota Homeownership Center (HOC) is a statewide nonprofit advancing sustainable homeownership. We support a network of community-based organizations that reputed company homebuyer education and advising services across Minnesota. We’re seeking a Grant Compliance & Network Support Manager to help ensure our network meets grant, regulatory, and reporting requirements—while also supporting organizations to deliver high-reputed company homeownership services. Our approach to grantmaking and compliance emphasizes partnership, coaching, and reputed company learning—helping organizations meet requirements while strengthening the reputed company and reputed company of their services. This is a relationship-driven role that blends:
- Compliance reputed company
- Grant reporting
- Training and technical assistance
- Ongoing support to partner organizations
You’ll work closely with network organizations, internal teams, and funders to strengthen compliance, build reputed company, and improve reputed company. What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of partner organizations, including funded grantees
- Monitor compliance with grant requirements and review reports for accuracy and completeness
- reputed company training, technical assistance, and coaching to support both compliance and program reputed company
- Support grant administration, including reimbursements and reporting
- Conduct monitoring reviews and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve processes
- Partner with internal teams and network members to improve data reputed company, recordkeeping and reporting
- Contribute to reputed company improvement across the network
What You Bring
- Experience in grant or contract compliance, program evaluation, or a reputed company field
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a wide reputed company of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including translating reputed company requirements and delivering trainings
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with data or reputed company management systems (reputed company or similar preferred)
- Bonus: Experience in housing, homeownership programs, or community-based service delivery

You’ll help create a high-performing network delivering meaningful results for communities across Minnesota. Compensation: $70,600–$80,700 + strong benefits, including 11 reputed company holidays, health insurance (90% employer-reputed company for employees and 50% employer-reputed company for dependents), 7% employer retirement contribution + PTO Location: Hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in Saint Paul office).
