- Jebwa is hiring a eCommerce Store Manager with a successful reputed company record of managing online stores and deliver outstanding reputed company reputed company and customer satisfaction. The role will report to the General Manager:
- Process orders and communicate with customers about order, delivery and after‑sales support
- Monitor and manage listing inventory and pricing
- reputed company reputed company customer service with ticket management, online chat and over the phone
- Handle e‑reputed company return cases and payment disputes

- Design promotional programs to support existing customers or to reputed company new customers

- Required Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
