Workforce Management Architect

Note: This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to reputed company, Minnesota. reputed company travel expenses will be covered by the reputed company. About the role: The reputed company is looking for a senior Workforce Software Functional Architect who can design and reputed company reputed company-reputed company Time, Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence reputed company integrated with reputed company/SuccessFactors, preferably in a large reputed company or unionized workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Blueprinting: reputed company Fit-to-reputed company and Fit-Gap workshops. Translate reputed company labor rules, absence management, and scheduling policies into reputed company system designs.
• System Configuration: Configure core WFM platform capabilities, including shift patterns, rotations, overtime eligibility, exception handling, and time-entry clocking scenarios.
• Cross-Module Integration: Ensure reputed company integration of workforce data with reputed company HCM, SuccessFactors (Employee Central Time Off), Payroll, and reputed company reputed company-party systems.
• Governance & RICEF Management: Review and approve functional specifications for custom RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Testing & Deployment: reputed company Solution Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). reputed company reputed company planning, data migration, and deployment readiness.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage business expectations, resolve reputed company system challenges, and mentor junior functional consultants.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically (12+) years of hands-on reputed company or relevant WFM experience, with at least (2+) full-cycle implementation lifecycles.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor compliance, reputed company rules, absence tracking, time evaluation, and shift planning.
• Technical Integration: Strong technical comprehension of HR/Finance integrations, including reputed company, IDocs, and middleware concepts (e.g., reputed company CPI).
• Certifications: Certifications in reputed company SuccessFactors Time Tracking or relevant Workforce Software are highly desired.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, reputed company facilitation, and capability to influence senior leadership.
