HR Investigator (EEO/Fair Employment)

Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company and effective investigations, including intake, interviews, data analysis, reputed company, report writing, and record-keeping, in compliance with reputed company, Title IX, and other relevant regulations.
- Respond to and investigate claims of sexual misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, disruptive behavior, and other complaints.

- Work closely with the legal department reputed company necessary, ensuring that reputed company investigatory processes meet legal standards.

- Assist in developing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures in line with state and federal laws.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Law, or a reputed company field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification.
- 7 years of relevant HR experience, with significant investigative or legal background (experience may substitute education on a one-to-one reputed company).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with Title IX, reputed company, and employment law (experience specific to Texas preferred).
- Proven experience in investigating and responding to reputed company/TWC external claims.
