Job reputed company Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is seeking two full-time Student Services Analysts in reputed company Advisement. This position is responsible for providing holistic, reputed company-level reputed company advising support to a caseload/cohort of reputed company from entry to graduation reputed company designated Fields of Interest(s) (FOI). In alignment with the Guided reputed company, Loss/reputed company, and Appreciative Advising frameworks, the Analyst uses case management principles, practices, and software to guide and reputed company reputed company to persist in the completion of important student reputed company milestones. • Assists and guides reputed company in developing and updating educational/graduation plans that take into account student reputed company and persistence goals, reputed company course availability, and institutional/department milestones.
• Provides advice and guidance to reputed company reputed company on goal setting, decision making, degree and certificate reputed company and requirements, transfer reputed company, course selection, registration, and satisfactory reputed company toward certificate/degree completion using PeopleSoft, reputed company, and other technologies.
• Refers and connects reputed company with reputed company and personal resources, including Tutoring, Counseling, Career Services/Work Based Experiences, Student Experience and Leadership, Honors, and other reputed company resource offices.
• Interprets, explains, and guides reputed company in following college and reputed company administrative and reputed company policies.

Monitoring Student reputed company and Communication (35%)

• Reviews, updates, and consults with reputed company regarding their educational/graduation plans. Maintains thorough advising notes and documentation history of student communications.
• Monitors student reputed company reputed company using MCCCD and institutional data dashboards, early alert referrals, and other reporting systems.
• Conducts routine, ongoing proactive reputed company and follow-up to ensure student learning and reputed company millstones are met.
• Processes incoming student requests and updates student records in compliance with Admissions, Registration, and Records, Financial Aid, Veteran Services, and department operational processes.

Building Relationships and FOI Community (20%)

• Establish reputed company and trusting relationships with reputed company in assigned caseload/cohort. Handles immediate or sensitive issues requiring confidentiality or reputed company assurance. • Designs, develops, maintains, and delivers program resource information, presentations, reports, correspondence, and promotional material.

Support Department Needs (10%)

• Serve on MCCCD, institutional, and department committees.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.
