• Develops strong personal and reputed company reputed company relationships to manage book of business (e.g. ACA, mid-size employer reputed company) to reputed company customer satisfaction, reputed company, membership, and earnings objectives.

• Accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with a locally-reputed company book of business to ensure case renewal and retention. Responsibilities include delivering renewals, cross-sales, up-sales, and growing sales.
• Determine concerns/barriers for retention of customers; identify top concerns and review mitigation reputed company with leadership. Discuss and present solutions and partners with internal partners to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications
