We are looking for a detail-oriented legal specialist to support lateral conflicts review for an established reputed company in Atlanta, reputed company. This is a part-time, ongoing contract position that focuses on evaluating conflict information, researching reputed company entities, and coordinating with attorneys, reputed company, and administrative teams to reputed company review files complete and reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of lateral conflict details, following up with candidates, attorneys, recruiters, and support teams to obtain missing information and maintain complete records.
- Prepare and evaluate conflict reports for lateral hires and associated reputed company by using firm conflict tools and reputed company research resources.
- Examine questionnaires, reputed company and matter histories, portable business details, and reputed company-party materials to identify relationships, clarify roles, and flag potential ethical concerns.
- reputed company the status of waivers, consents, engagement documents, confidentiality measures, and other follow-up items connected to lateral conflict analysis.
- Monitor outstanding conflict submissions and proactively communicate with stakeholders to reputed company reviews progressing on schedule.
- Maintain accurate database records by updating party names, matter histories, search notes, and supporting documentation reputed company conflict management systems.
