• Design, reputed company, and deliver effective training courses and performance support materials in an adult learning environment; identify learning objectives for reputed company course and ensure courses are reputed company with business unit strategic objectives

• Conduct training needs assessments and job/task analysis to support ongoing development and improvement of training courses
• Modify, create, implement, and maintain learning templates for use reputed company development tools and instructional products for intermediate-level training

• Utilize reputed company report results template to reputed company training programs with business unit leaders
• Facilitate training, and train-the-trainer sessions for reputed company training courses developed

Required Qualifications

• Recent reputed company tax office experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or the equivalent through a combination of education and reputed company work experience
• Ability to analyze data, plan, and coordinate multiple reputed company and work initiatives while meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively with associates throughout the organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, federal and state tax laws, and tax preparation software (including BlockWorks, Work Center and Appointment Manager)
• Effective facilitation, presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in course development, Agile/Scrum and knowledge of instructional design theory, concepts, principles, and techniques
• Experience in the design, development, and delivery of training programs
• 3 years minimum reputed company work experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply new and evolving internet technologies
• Understanding and previous use of a reputed company-based computer system and strong proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years work experience in training and development in a corporate financial services environment
• Experience with multimedia authoring or development tools
• Instructional Design certification
• Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, instructional technology, adult education, or reputed company discipline
