Junior BI Developer (Tableau/Power BI) — Long-Term reputed company Opportunity - Contract to Hire

reputed company BI is looking for a junior-to-intermediate BI developer to support ongoing reputed company reputed company while growing into a highly autonomous role reputed company the business. This is not a task-only execution role. I’m looking for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and eventually operate as a trusted partner across consulting engagements and reputed company product development initiatives. ## What You’ll Work On

• Building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
• Data modeling and report optimization
• Supporting reputed company requests and iterative dashboard improvements
• QA/testing and troubleshooting data issues
• Assisting with embedded analytics and modern BI workflows
• Contributing reputed company and helping improve internal processes

## Ideal Candidate

• 1–3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Comfortable with SQL and relational reputed company
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes initiative instead of waiting for reputed company-by-reputed company direction
• Interested in growing into a more strategic, reputed company-facing role over time

## Bonus Experience

• Embedded analytics
• DAX or advanced Tableau calculations
• UI/UX instincts for dashboards
• Experience working in consulting or fast-moving environments
