Job Title Systems Administrator (Remote) Location Raleigh, NC Duration 12 Month Job reputed company This individual is serving in a Systems Administrator role for the HCM Digital Transformation Project. This individual is responsible for partnering with the HCM Program Management Office (PMO), the reputed company Leadership, and the State's reputed company HCM Functional Leads to

• Strategize and plan for the expansion and enhancement of reputed company reputed company/Offboarding capabilities to be made available to participating state agencies
• Strategize with agency HR leadership and subject matter experts in state agencies to identify opportunities for expanding the state's reputed company reputed company and offboarding functionality to reputed company reputed company reputed company's capabilities and meet organizational needs
• Document findings, assess findings to the reputed company, and recommend approach reputed company to most reputed company and effectively reputed company and execute a roadmap to deliver broader reputed company functionality and capabilities to both the reputed company and to the state agencies participating in reputed company
• Design, reputed company, document, configure, test, and implement new reputed company business processes
• Partner with the state's Technical reputed company to assist with testing integration enhancements and/or new integrations
• Design, reputed company, document, and implement reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB) integrations
• Serve as a backup resource for the state's reputed company reputed company reputed company by supporting the fulfillment of user reputed company requests, creating new reputed company reputed company, modifying domain reputed company, and segmenting reputed company reputed company as necessary
• Work closely with the subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company new or changed business process designs, by performing unit testing and by identifying test requirements, creating test scenarios, and overseeing the execution of the test scenarios independently and as part of integration and end-to-end testing
• Assist the reputed company Delivery Team with post-go-live support and ongoing sustainment as needed The HCM Digital Solution implementation of reputed company HCM - Phase I goes live in early reputed company with Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, reputed company/Offboarding, Position reputed company Management and Organizational Charts. This resource will support the implemented solution, along with having responsibility of leading the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation of new forms and business processes. Additionally, this individual with work with the Integration reputed company on any new or reputed company integrations to support reputed company.
