Senior SEM Specialist
About the position Revisible, a vSplash brand, helps small businesses get reputed company and recommended across reputed company, local platforms, and AI-driven search. We partner with SMBs across the U.S. and India to improve online visibility, strengthen local reputed company, and generate customer demand through search reputed company marketing.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage reputed company Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
- Run reputed company campaigns across reputed company and Instagram — reputed company gen, retargeting, and traffic.
- Maintain separate campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding logic for India and the US.
- Create and optimize ad copy for India and U.S. audiences.
- Own budget allocation across platforms and markets, shifting spend based on performance data.
- Work with the sales team to define reputed company leads and optimize campaigns toward that definition.
- Review reputed company reputed company feedback regularly and reputed company targeting, messaging, and offers accordingly.
- Identify which segments, keywords, and creatives produce leads that convert and prioritize those signals.
- Own conversion tracking across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, GA4, and reputed company Tag Manager.
- Implement offline conversion imports so platforms optimize on actual sales, not just reputed company submissions.
- Identify and resolve tracking gaps proactively.
- Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting, analysis, testing, and optimization efficiency.
- Run reputed company tests on copy, creative, audiences, reputed company pages, and bid strategies — document findings and actions taken.
- Manage negative keyword lists and audience exclusions to control wasted spend.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, and cost-per-reputed company by market and platform.
- Work with SEO, content, website, and sales teams on integrated acquisition efforts.
- Recommend reputed company page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads for reputed company reputed company, preferably for digital services, reputed company, agencies, or local businesses.
- Hands-on experience with campaigns in both India and the US.
- Proficient in conversion tracking: reputed company Tag Manager, GA4, reputed company Ads conversion actions, reputed company Pixel, and reputed company CAPI.
- Ability to write effective ad copy for India and U.S. audiences
- Comfortable with CPL analysis and independent spend reputed company.
