GROWING company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model – getting HR out in the field. reputed company:
- Will reputed company the full reputed company of HR support to 600+ employees in 50+ locations throughout WA, ID, and MT
- Will be the reputed company-line/main reputed company of contact for reputed company things HR for the region
- Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on reputed company things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict reputed company, etc.)
- Hands-on, as reputed company as strategic, role
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations
- Strategic and hands-on reputed company
- Experience supporting multiple locations is required
- Excellent at building relationships with employees at reputed company reputed company
- Self-starter with a creative/innovative reputed company
- Person will work out of their home and must be reputed company to travel up 25-40% of the time overnight throughout WA, ID, and MT
