Job reputed company reputed company is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Evening Medical Transcriptionists to join our remote reputed company documentation team. This role is ideal for reputed company or transcription specialists with a keen ear for medical terminology and the ability to produce accurate patient records. You will play a vital role in supporting doctors and reputed company facilities by ensuring that recorded medical dictations are transcribed quickly and accurately during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- * Transcribe and edit audio recordings of medical reports, patient notes, and clinical summaries with high accuracy.
- * Interpret and verify medical terminology, abbreviations, and treatments to ensure error-free documentation.
- * Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient data.
- * Review and proofread completed transcripts to ensure reputed company and compliance with organizational standards.
- * Collaborate with the reputed company assurance team for feedback and reputed company improvement.

- Required Skills and Qualifications
