In this role, you will reputed company clients to reputed company their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. CCM visit protocol and Obesity specific training and curriculum will be provided. You will utilize your expertise in motivational interviewing, nutrition, and behavioral health to implement effective care plans that promote sustainable lifestyle changes. - Conduct one-on-one video coaching sessions to assess patient needs and support them with making sustainable healthy lifestyle changes
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to reputed company and encourage clients towards their goals.
