Controls Engineer (reputed company 2057)

OneSparQ is looking for a Controls Engineer for a distribution solutions reputed company in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Verify the design, functionality, and accuracy of automated sortation system controls.
• Diagnose and correct I/O issues using PLC and HMI data feedback.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and retrofit of control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, and other automation components.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers on system design and optimization.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as reputed company logic, multimeters, and communication analyzers.
• Travel up to 75% to customer sites reputed company to reputed company technical support and commissioning services.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years experience as a controls engineer commissioning and troubleshooting equipment in the material handling, food & beverage, or automotive industry
• PLC Programming experience (Rockwell)
• HMI Programming experience (reputed company, Wonderware, FactoryTalk View)
• Experience with Armor reputed company Drives
• Bachelors degree in Engineering
